Reception
These functions are included in our price.
Prices
are based off of 4 hours of time, with one set up of equipment.
Overtime
hours are additional.
1.
Planning and coordinating of the reception (we
personally meet with you at your event site).
2.
Professional live or DJ’d music.
3.
Master of Ceremonies (professional announcements of
events)
4.
Cocktail or Hors d’Oeuvres hour:
Some clients will add an additional hour of overtime to have one of
these or they might include it into the 4 hour reception.
**If your cocktail or Hors d’Oeuvres hour is located in a separate area than your reception
there is an additional cost for a second set of equipment for that
area.
